John Lavelle
Senior Associate
John Lavelle was formerly Senior HR Strategy Advisor at the World Bank. He currently advises a range of institutions in the public, private and not-for-profit spheres including Civil Service Commissions, Multilateral Development Banks and professional associations. He is a regular speaker at professional conferences in Asia and Africa and has authored a number of articles on aspects of strategy, organization effectiveness and people management. He began his career in academia and management consulting in Europe, was a senior executive with the Irish Export Board and faculty member of the Irish Management Institute and Institute of Public Administration. He has an MBA from UCLA (Education Abroad Scholar) and an MA & BSc Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
